Operation, Maintenance and onsite support services for KOC IT Network; including Network Security, Network Auditing, Network policies; their updates as and when required; Network health check and Root cause Analysis.
Upgrade of existing Network Equipment to meet the Service Level requirements.
Provision of Onsite support personnel; Non-Kuwaiti and Kuwaiti during the various stages of the Contract to meet contractual obligation.
Integration of equipment including 3rd party provided by KOC within the Network.
